Forced air ovens

Ovens with a horizontal or vertical forced air circulation guarantee a very even temperature level. This ensures a precisely defined heat treatment of the batch.
These ovens have been fully manufactured from special steel 1.4301 and are used in the food industry. A joint control cabinet operates all three units.       

The design with vertical, or as shown here with horizontal forced air circulation, covers all usual application cases. Batch handling is usually conducted manually or with a feeding cart.                      

The inner base of the oven is suitable for being charged with a manual pallet truck due to its adjustable feet. The oven is designed for being charged with feeding carts. Some processes are accompanied by water vapour or smells which pollute the production hall when the oven is opened.

Some users simply let the batch cool off in front of the oven and heat up the hall excessively in summer. In these cases an extraction chimney improves the room air.
