When temperatures fall below 0°, paraffin is separated out from the diesel fuel which impedes the flow behavior in the fuel circuit. The diesel filter will get clogged up, and the engine will not be supplied with fuel causing the vehicle to stop.
DBK Diesel heaters are systems for universal use. They are positioned before the fuel feed (suction side) or after the fuel feed pump (pressure side). The heating power is determined by the fuel temperature and the flow rate, which can be between 150W and 700W depending on tuning.
Our Diesel pre-heating systems are usually a custom-made design. This means that we can consider the details regarding space, performance, and customer requirements and offer our customers optimum solutions.
